RooferBuddy started in 2014 with a phone and a ladder, in that order.
Before that, our founder spent years on crews where the work was solid but the phones went straight to voicemail. Homeowners waited three days for a callback about water coming through a ceiling. Estimates arrived late, or padded, or never. Nobody explained anything in plain words.
The work was never the problem. The talking was.
So we built the company backwards. Answer first, roof second. A real person on the line, photos of your actual roof, and one written price that does not expire next Tuesday. We call back within 5 minutes during work hours.
12 years and 2,400+ GTA roofs later, the phone still gets answered. Usually by someone who has shingled in February and has opinions about it.
